Job Description

LinkSquares is the fastest growing company in Legal Tech. The Revenue Talent Acquisition Partner at LinkSquares will team up with Sales and Customer Success leadership to more than double the size of the team over the next calendar year. The right person is energized by the creative sourcing of candidates, while managing an efficient interview process across a number of open positions.

In this role you’ll be recruiting Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Post-Sales Technical Operations and Support roles, Technical Solutions Attorneys (Legal Sales Engineers), and other revenue related functions. In addition to recruiting candidates directly, this role will also help coordinate multiple agency recruiters who are actively working these positions.

We prefer those prioritizing a team first, collaborative culture, where they can truly be an extension of the revenue team they are helping to build. The LinkSquares Revenue Team is full of humble, talented, and hard working sales professionals who are top of their game, but grounded and excited to help out their teammates. Preferred experience

  • Experienced with recruiting for Sales and Customer Success positions
  • In-house experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, etc.
Must haves: Located near Boston, Hybrid in-office role
