The Role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Associate to lead the customer implementation process from start-to-finish.  In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new enterprise-level customers to the AspireIQ platform. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders with the goal of providing a seamless implementation process and exceptional customer service throughout the cycle.

You will partner closely with prospective and new customers to understand their objectives, map their priorities, and build out an implementation plan that is tailor-fit to ensure they achieve success on our platform.

This is a remote contract position with the potential to go full-time.


What you'll be doing

  • Support implementations and 3rd-party integrations for AspireIQ’s enterprise-level clients

  • Document technical requirements, schedules, goals/metrics, and customer interactions in order to effectively collaborate with other account stakeholders

  • Support Implementation Team by providing tactical response and strategic solutions to use cases and translating these into actionable steps for customers; including delivering customer facing trainings on solutions

  • Coordinate internal resources, customer resources, and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution for each implementation project

  • Proactively identify changes we can make to our application to make our customers' lives easier

  • Assist with cleaning-up medium sized data sets in preparation for uploading into CRM platforms

  • Define consistent implementation methodology and templates

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for ensuring customer retention and expansion

  • Partner with the Sales team and assist in project pre-qualification and scoping to ensure that high-quality deals are sold that will lead to customer success

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, working directly with customers to train onboard and troubleshoot SaaS products

  • JIRA, SFDC and Excel proficiency a must

  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

  • Passionate about startups and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Extraordinary Customer Service acumen and excellent interpersonal skills


What you will need to succeed

  • Strong desire to learn more about implementation and sales engineering 

  • Curious mindset and desire to learn a lot quickly


Bonus points

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Intermediate fluency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience with Zapier (and/or similar tools)
