Job Description

OCUS produces high-quality, custom visual content at scale for international brands by relying on a global community of over 20,000 photographers. Product-driven, we use state of the art tech to make the whole process seamless both for brands and image creators.

OCUS is at the growth stage and is looking for a Head of Onboarding - Integration to make the onboarding phase a key step in the building of successful relationships with our Key accounts customers.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Head of Onboarding will be responsible of the following: 

  • Lead customer onboarding, driving product adoption and helping partners to become familiar with our platform and services
  • Manage the Onboarding team and ensure its continuous growth 
  • Function as point person to escalate issues and problems that may arise and coordinate its resolution
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different regions and time zones, namely with sales (to manage the handoff of partners), product and tech (to escalate any technical issues)

Requirements and qualifications:

  • 7+ years experiences
  • 5+ years managing projects within enterprise organizations, communicating across multiple senior client stakeholders, preferably at a SaaS company, scale-up or similar
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal skills), able to take complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome
  • Technical domain knowledge of one or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs 
  • English full professional capacity

Nice to have: 

  • French professional capacity
