This position can be fully remote.

VP of Implementation Services

LetsGetChecked is growing, and we’re looking for a VP of Implementation Services to join our Commercial leadership team. This role is responsible for building and leading a team of Implementation Managers who work directly with employer and health plan clients to successfully implement and deploy LetsGetChecked.

This leader should be a service and relationship-orientated individual with experience managing and optimizing implementation processes, working with Sales and Account Managers to successfully scope and bring in sales opportunities, and leading Client Implementation teams. The Implementation team plays a key role in being an early touchpoint in our client journeys, establishing strong and positive client relationships. They must have exceptional project management, critical thinking and communication skills.


Responsibilities

    Build and lead a team of highly skilled Implementation Managers
    Manage expectations internally and with the client in order to ensure successful client launches
    Cultivate open communication with clients, and business partners in an effort to identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery
    Identify market trends and requirements and communicate them back into the organization for roadmap prioritization
    Actively engage as a member of the new business pursuit teams by partnering with the Sales & Account Management to scope solutions that meet client’s needs and can be delivered successfully
    Build and own excellent client relationships
    Work cross functionally within LetsGetChecked and externally to execute against the implementation project plan
    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Product, Technical, and Operations leadership by ensuring that launches and ongoing management goes smoothly
    Focus on process improvement and scalable solutions

Requirements

    10+ years of Client Implementation experience, preferably in healthcare
    5+ years of experience in a digital healthcare company
    Experience managing Implementation Managers
    Experience establishing and optimizing implementation processes in a fast-growing company
    Exceptional Project Management skills
    Familiarity with secure file transfers, APIs (preferably in healthcare), and HL7 & FHIR
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a growth environment
    Strong collaborative, negotiating, influencing, problem solving, leadership and decision-making skills
    Strong and proven ability to develop, coach and mentor team members
