C2FO is a rapidly growing financial technology firm that is revolutionizing the way businesses manage their working capital with success in the largest companies in the U.S. C2FO is strategically expanding our portfolio down market to smaller enterprises and is seeking candidates who have the experience, track record, sales skills and motivation to help build and grow a Mid-Market business within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Associate Data Analyst - Enterprise Sales role will work directly with Sales Managing Directors, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement teams in overall support of the Enterprise Sales organization at C2FO. The objective of this role is to continuously enable the Enterprise Sales team’s ability to close opportunities in an efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to have a results-driven mentality that celebrates wins, but never sleeps on that success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support reporting and data analysis needs of our global Enterprise Sales (ES) team, where common requests include:
  • Generating business cases to show prospects their expected value of C2FO
  • Reporting on C2FO market metrics and key success factors
  • Run ROI and payback period analyses
  • Understand currently available data assets and support the creation of new data assets to aid sales cycles
  • Support ES-related Salesforce enhancements which can include requirements gathering, product/system design, testing and quality assurance
  • Project manage various initiatives to support the high growth of our Enterprise Sales and Sales Operations teams

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field
  • 2+ years experience in an analytics or operations role
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, working with complex data sets, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Fundamental SQL skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional departments

Supplemental Experience

  • Some experience with Python, VBA, or similar languages
  • Experience with sales methodologies, metrics, and processes
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with Jira or similar software

  • Learn C2FO’s mission, values, products and messaging
  • Become self-sufficient in supporting ES data and operational needs
  • Begin driving enhancements and innovation to further support the ES team
