Job Description

At Movable Ink, we work with marketers at some of the world’s leading brands to create personalized experiences for their audience. With our growing customer base, we are committed to delivering the most relevant and personalized marketing touchpoints to our top accounts through our client marketing program. We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Client Marketing Specialist to support in these efforts to drive growth and revenue for our sales & partner teams. A successful Specialist will bring passion, ambition and excellent communication skills to the role. 

Responsibilities include providing support in the implementation and development of client marketing and Account Based Marketing programs such as new client welcome series, milestone gifting, and personalized marketing touchpoints for our highest tiered clients. Assist as the liaison between the Marketing and Sales/CX Teams to communicate tactics and programs to continue to drive results. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the execution and scale of our client-specific web pages which hosts relevant content and materials used for strategic meetings. Ensure that we are continuously optimizing the process and increasing visibility of the pages. 
  • Support the launch of our brand new client certification and community initiative by providing ongoing communication with our CX team and manage logistics to stand up the program
  • Evangelize Client Marketing program across the business, documenting and sharing best practices, driving innovative campaigns
  • Assist with logistical campaign tactics as needed, including direct mail fulfillment and creative ideation  
  • Support in management of client gifting program: own the swag inventory, vendor relationship (Sendoso)
  • Work closely with Demand Gen and content to assist in the creation of Marketo programs (landing pages, client email nurture, CAB newsletters) 
  • Manage ongoing playbooks with best practices on gifting and personalized marketing ideas to share out monthly with Commercial teams

Basic Qualifications Needed:

  • 1-3+ years’ marketing experience in experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, client marketing, ABM, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in MarTech industry
  • Experience working on multiple projects in detail-oriented, fast-paced role
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, CX and central marketing teams in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Understanding ABM Software (we use Sendoso, Marketo and Demandbase)
