Job Description

Suki is a leader in providing AI-powered voice solutions for healthcare.  We’re reimagining the healthcare tech stack, making it invisible and assistive.  We deliver incredibly fast and accurate voice experiences using the latest in natural language processing and machine learning.  Why does this matter?  Doctors and other clinicians spend significant time working with clunky systems, like the electronic medical record (EMR).  This is time they’d rather spend with their patients and is a huge contributor to physician burnout.  Voice is the way to make interacting with these systems as easy and painless as possible, saving doctors time.

Suki has two products: Suki AI Assistant and Suki Speech Service (S3).  Suki AI Assistant is a voice-enabled digital assistant that helps doctors with their documentation and other administrative tasks.  It integrates with popular EMRs to simplify complicated workflows - doctors just speak naturally, and Suki AI Assistant gets it done quickly and accurately.  Doctors that use Suki spend 76% less time on clinical notes and we’re striving to do even more.

S3 is our proprietary voice platform that’s tuned for healthcare.  It powers our AI Assistant and it’s available to help any healthcare technology company, from EMRs to clinical communications solutions, voice-enable their products. 

Suki is a SaaS company: Suki AI Assistant targets doctors and health systems with a subscription business model and S3 targets healthcare technology companies with a pay by use model.  This position will be a leader on the Marketing team, helping to drive strategy and execute plans across all our channels.

What will you do every day?

You will be a key leader on the Marketing team.  You will help set marketing strategy and execute initiatives that will generate demand for Suki’s solutions.  Some of the major projects you’ll lead are our events & conferences, content marketing, and partnering with our Sales team to understand our target audience and develop custom campaigns to generate leads.  These may include webinars, Google and other network ad campaigns, email marketing, direct mail, and more.  This is a broad role and you’ll have the chance to work on and make an impact across all of our Marketing channels.

  • Build and execute our events & conferences strategy to generate demand and raise the profile of the company.
  • Build and execute our content marketing strategy to create thought leadership pieces and stories/content that can be used for PR.  Analyze user and company data to uncover compelling insights that can be used to create content and stories.
  • Build and execute the plan to generate leads from our target customer segments, optimize and experiment to improve key metrics.
  • Be a brand owner and make sure all communications/collateral are on-brand and on-message.
  • Create marketing strategy and materials for new product lines and features. 
  • Identify opportunities across Marketing and the entire company that can be improved and come up with a plan to do so.


  • 7-10 years of marketing experience as a marketing generalist, with a background in healthcare and B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to be strategic and execution focused.  You can look at the big picture and determine the key ways we can make an impact while also building and executing detailed plans to make it happen.  We’re a small team and every member needs to drive their projects.
  • Data and analytics oriented.  You’re comfortable calculating ROI and LTV and making decisions based on data.
  • Experience in PR and/or content writing is preferred.
  • Collaborative with no ego.  We’re a small, tight-knit team that works closely to get Suki to the next level.  We want team members who are excited to join us in our mission and who want to get their hands dirty to make it happen.

* Qualifications is such a strong word. We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything we’ve listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.
