Job Description

Hubilo is searching for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Principal Product Marketing Manager

to join our rapidly growing product marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Product Marketing, you will work with a world-class team of product marketers that will be responsible for clearly positioning our technology, platform and products for our sales team, clients and the market.  

The product marketer will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and the broader marketing teams to drive inbound, GTM, and outbound initiatives. Initiatives include defining product positioning, developing the go-to market strategy, and executing the product plans across the organization all while monitoring business metrics and adapting strategies as necessary. The ideal candidate has worked with B2B SaaS platforms in the past, with experience in new and emerging industries. Experience in event management is ideal but not required.


    Develop market messaging & positioning, materials (sales enablement tools, presentations, case studies, product content, etc.), and product packaging that differentiates our platform in the marketplace

    Be the voice of our customers:  Build and refine our buyer personas, differentiate between buyers and end-users, share customers needs/wants with internal cross functional teams.

    Bridge Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to drive a consistent and compelling product message to effectively promote and facilitate the sale of our products

    Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategies and plans to respond to changing markets and competitive conditions

    Coordinate closely with sales training team to better prepare sellers for client meetings and at industry events

    Be the liaison between teams to close the gap that exists between client feedback, in order to adapt to that feedback as an organization to improve our products and responsiveness

    Market Analysis:

        Customers: Be the expert on our clients (and their customers) through cross-functional collaboration (with Brand, Product, Growth, Corporate).  Define and determine customer needs, experience and expectations.

        Competition: Understand and refine our positioning through competitive analysis, including win/loss assessment and consistent updates to SWOTs]


    7+ years’ experience in a Product Marketing role (or closely related) ideally in a B2B Saas environment.

    Experience creating market positioning materials including sales enablement tools, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, customer videos, POVs, and thought leadership

    Strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem solving

    A proven track record of working collaboratively and being accountable

    Exceptional organizational skills and a great attention to detail

    Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment

    Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
