Job Description

Blind is an anonymous community of over 5M verified, working professionals where people can talk openly and honestly about work. The community tackles challenging topics such as compensation, promotions, interviewing tips, and general career advice. There are both industry-specific channels where peers can connect and private company channels where coworkers can connect. Our long-term mission is to improve corporate transparency. Today, there is an uneven playing field and a lack of information that a strong community and platform can address.
 
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding our Talent by Blind product, the sourcing platform that assists companies in finding technical candidates to fill their senior-level engineering roles. You will be acquiring new customers by owning and managing the sales cycle from start to finish. You will be a foundational hire to the team and will help drive growth in revenue and product.

Responsibilities

    • Manage prospects from lead to close
    • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
    • Build relationships with customers
    • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly

Qualifications

    • Previous SaaS sales experience
    • 2+ years relevant closing experience 
    • Demonstrates success in achieving sales goals
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience selling to recruiting a plus
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with startup experience
    • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Comfortable selling to VP, C-suite executives and HR leaders, navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization
    • Cold calling experience
