Job Description

Openprise helps marketing and sales teams automate hundreds of painful, manual processes so they can boost campaign performance, scale up, and unlock the potential of all their martech investments.

The Demand Gen role is responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs to fill the top of the funnel and nurture leads throughout the buyers’ journey.

You’ll be making a real difference every day in this rapidly-growing, well-funded startup. This position reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation & RevOps.

Openprise is in San Mateo, CA. Once Covid is behind us, Bay Area team members can work from home three days a week if they like.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, execution, and optimization of all lead generation and nurturing campaigns, including webcasts, syndicated content, retargeting, and field events.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to make the necessary tweaks for the most optimal strategy.
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rate from ToFu to BoFu.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in a B2B demand generation function at a SaaS company
  • A passion for all things demand gen
  • Familiarity with Salesforce structures and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or English
  • Keen interest in continuously improving programs, dropping underperformers, and trying new ones
  • Curious by nature, excited by emerging technologies, eager to roll up your sleeves, get into the weeds, and learn first hand

Pluses

  • Experience managing a Marketo environment
  • Experience creating marketing programs targeting buyer personas in marketing operations, sales operations, demand gen
  • Experience working at a marech company
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesloft
  • Hands-on experience with leading ABM tools
