As a Team Engagement Specialist you’ll …

  • Coordinate and execute on a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to support the operations of our Denver office, including but not limited to visitor management, packages/shipping, snacks and supplies, and maintaining relationships with external vendors and building management .

And this isn’t just a philosophical bent: we actually give you 4 hours a week (10% of the work week) to pursue passion projects outside of your role responsibilities.

  • Are a people-first thinker and enjoy making everyone’s work lives better.
  • Are inclusive, proactive and enthusiastic about improving the culture at Webflow.
  • Love to dream big and implement creative and operational projects.

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that meeting just 50% of a role’s requirements puts you in the running.
