As a Senior Technical Recruiter,  you are the go-to person who will advise hiring teams and own the technical recruitment strategy to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support and scale Engineering, Product and Design hiring across the US and internationally. You may also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent.

What You'll Do

    • Identify and engage passive talent to build recruiting funnels for all Engineering, Product and Design roles at Thrive Global
    • Calibrate on open jobs and quickly generate multiple pipelines of high quality, diverse candidates
    • Craft compelling outreach and pitch roles to potential candidates 
    • Develop and conduct evaluations of candidates at early stages of our process to ensure we are introducing great candidates to our team 
    • Act as Thrive’s  “eyes and ears” in the talent market and be the “resident expert” for all technical talent
    • Identify and leverage new and creative sourcing strategies and tactics to find untapped and diverse talent 
    • Run talent drives regularly and participate in organizing and attending events for Thrive as a brand ambassador
    • Guides the stakeholder through unique situations, sensitivities, and competing priorities using thoughtful business-backed and empathetic solutions
    • Regularly assesses data to ensure reliability via established dashboards and reports
    • Communicates complex data into comprehensive narratives
    • Uses market knowledge to advise Hiring Managers on potential bottlenecks and develops a strategy to influence the candidates’ decision to join
    • Continuously reviews the assessment process and proactively realigns with Hiring Managers when faced with bottlenecks
    • Solid understanding of talent distribution via talent mapping, and uses this knowledge to develop and tailor effective pipeline strategies

What we're looking for

    • 5+ years experience in technical recruiting role with heavy sourcing expectations
    • Minimum 2 years recruiting/sourcing for a technology company or agency
    • A track record of success with achieving sourcing and hiring targets
    • Experience working with Hiring Managers to refine job specs and target profiles
    • Strong network and grasp of Engineering and Product talent market landscape
    • Experience crafting compelling email outreach and pitching roles to potential candidates 
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Experience working at an early stage startup wearing multiple hats and building process
    • Experience with Lever ATS a plus
