About the Role
As a Director, Sales, you'll report to the head of sales and you'll drive business development and sales strategy to achieve sales targets within the healthcare industry. This is a remote opportunity.

What You'll Do:

    • Build relationships with executives at hospitals and health systems to discuss their strategic and operational challenges, present best practice solutions
    • Conduct consultative presentations (onsite and virtually) to educate prospective clients on industry best practices and our services
    • Help develop methods to scale sales process and accelerate revenue growth
    • Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome (including prospecting, driving the discovery process, presenting proposed solutions, and closing the deal)
    • Provide insights from prospecting visits to inform future research initiatives and new product development inquiries
    • Work with sales associate to filter and evaluate inbound leads, develop pipeline, and coordinate all logistics
    • Facilitate a seamless transition on closed business to customer success while continuing to advise on client satisfaction, value delivery, renewal and future growth planning

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 7+ years consultative, enterprise sales experience in the healthcare industry
    • Experience with meeting and even exceeding revenue goals
    • Experience selling to executive-level healthcare providers such as hospitals, health systems, and clinics
    • Passionate about creating value for your customers
    • Understand the needs of the customer and develop solutions that exceeds expectations
    • Dynamic, with the ability to break down complex or abstract ideas into simpler concepts
    • Salesforce experience
    • Travel domestically up to 70%
