The role

Our Talent Coordination team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience across the entire hiring process.

The Talent Coordination Manager will oversee the day-to-day work of the Talent Coordination function. The role is vital in coaching and developing the team and will take ownership for managing and resolving issues to ensure a great service is delivered to our candidates and hiring managers within the agreed SLA’s.

You’ll be responsible for:

    Monitor volumes coming into the team in order to prioritise and delegate to ensure effective delivery of services and processes within agreed SLA’s
    Lead on Talent Coordination Projects (recruitment processes, pre-onboarding, referral programmes, systems etc.) and collaborate with key stakeholders across People team and the business to deliver projects that create value adding People Experiences
    Motivate, mentor and coach Talent Coordination team (currently a team of six) to ensure the team develops and grows in terms of process knowledge, recruitment and operations knowledge, confidence and best practice approach
    Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardise (globally where possible) the talent operations service
    Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, leveraging technical solutions
    Provide support and second line advice to the internal and external customers on all Talent Policies and processes, acting as a point of escalation for the Talent Coordination team
    Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance, system audits and peer reviews
    Have primary responsibility for managing the Talent Operations systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Ensures Talent Coordination filing system complies with data compliance and that all documentation is filed and stored in a manner that can be accessed easily and ensure a sustainable solution is put in place
    Provide an outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers including 3rd parties that support or impact Talent processes, services & Talent Coordination team are consistently hitting (and where possible exceeding) agreed Service Level Agreements
     

Desired skills

    Seasoned Recruitment / Operations professional having gained a wide range of experience across an operations
    Experience of coaching and mentoring team
    Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
    Proven ability to work with a diverse client group across different functions, levels and cultures
    Proven experience in problem-solving and delivering robust fixes fast
    Demonstrate the capability to manage a complex and changing workload with the ability to meet changing and varying deadlines at speed
    Prior experience of using an Recruitment & HR information system, preferably Saas based
    Proven experience of building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within People team and across the business
