Truveris is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator who is committed and eager to expand their HR knowledge at a fast-paced technology company. Reporting to the HR Generalist, this role will provide support and facilitate the company’s day-to-day administration of HR systems, but also partner with the team to develop systems and processes that support long-term company goals. While this role has a focus, the right individual should be excited and passionate about gaining a broader understanding of how the full HR and Recruiting teams operate and function.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant exposure to payroll & benefits administration, excels at working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and handling confidential information with discretion.  This person should have a “no job too small or too large” attitude, be flexible and energized by change, and take pride in making both the HR team and the larger company run smoothly and efficiently.


    • Support the HR Generalist with benefits and leave administration, to include new hire benefit enrollment, benefit changes, open enrollment, and interactions with benefit vendors and insurance carriers
    • Be a trusted source of HR information and able to answer a majority of benefits or system related questions
    • Maintain and update HRIS and HR filing systems, including sensitive information
    • Own onboarding process and ensure documents are properly updated, process audited regularly     
    • Assists with new hire and termination setup across IT notifications, equipment, payroll, benefits, and other HR systems
    • Assists with payroll process and tracking of changes cycle to cycle
    • Respond to employment verification requests and other employee inquiries
    • Assists Human Resources team with various projects and initiatives as needed


    • 3 years of HR experience, assisting or managing payroll for a 100+ person organization a plus
    • Knowledge managing an HRIS required, Paylocity experience preferred
    • Knowledge of withholding tax, related tax filings, tax policy, and employment regulations as they relate to reporting in states where we operate
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.
    • Familiarity with HRIS reporting and excel proficiency
    • Proven ability to anticipate and coordinate across teams to meet important timing needs that may impact the company’s payroll
    • Proactive, motivated, and results orientated individual capable of partnering with accounting and finance, recruiting, and other business partners
    • Ability to handle numerous priorities in a dynamic and growing environment
