The Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will work closely with our Engineering Team to meet growth targets; by prospecting, qualifying and hiring quality candidates. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting; from role creation, strategy development to offer. You will be a trusted partner to the hiring managers and will help scale their respective functions. 
We are in hyper-growth and looking for an experienced, innovative and creative Technical Recruiter to join us on our mission to educate the world. 

What you’ll be doing every day:

    • Creating comprehensive technical sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging internal and external resources in order to hire the best talent in the market
    • Developing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners in order to create a best in class recruitment experience
    • Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of top talent for present and forecasted hires 
    • Owning a seat at the table with business leaders to understand and drive an effective Engineering recruitment strategy
    • Maintaining accurate documentation on recruitment activities, from pipeline status to strategy results 
    • Applying sound judgement handling escalations independently and knowing when to escalate

What you bring to the table:

    • 7+ years of fast-paced, high-volume technical recruiting experience
    • Experience scaling an Engineering team at all levels
    • Proven experience creating technical recruitment strategies at scale
    • A drive to provide the best candidate experience
    • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks at once
    • Experience using data insights to develop hiring recommendations and improving processes
    • Proven success building diverse sourcing strategies, attracting a diverse pool of candidates 
    • Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Experience proactively delivering solutions to various stakeholders
    • Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies (Lever, BambooHr, Linkedin Recruiter, Gsuite etc..)
