Job Description

Cogito is searching for a dynamic leader to manage the Technical Solutions team. The ideal candidate for this critical role will be a process oriented leader, with expertise in leading globally based, customer facing teams, along with deep technical experience. This person will be excellent coaching and developing individuals toward meeting challenging goals. In addition to supporting client facing functions, the successful candidate for this role will possess strong inter-departmental management skills that will support wider, organizational goals. Those who thrive in this role are entrepreneurial, hands-on and dedicated to their craft.
 
Responsibilities:
Hire, coach and develop a high performance Client Services Delivery Team
 
Meet key performance goals designed to ensure Cogito success
 
Establish and maintain relationships within all levels of Cogito client organizations
 
Provide a regular cadence of clear and concise communications to Cogito leadership
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
 
At least 10 years experience in a related role, ideally 5+ years leading technical teams
 
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced start-up culture
 
10+ years of software pre-sales, post-sales, provisioning and implementation experience preferably in SaaS or subscription based business model
 
Strong background in Telephony Systems
 
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) experience Experience working with Contact Center domain in PBX, ACD, Reporting, WFO/CallRecording
 
Experience working in Enterprise level Contact Center telephony systems including Avaya, Cisco and Genesys experience
 
Working experience with AWS
 
Hands-on design, operation, and support of large, high-availability, global enterprise networks
 
 
Desired Experience:
Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure, Protocols, and Security
 
Network applications including VoIP, encryption, SSO/TCO/IP fundamentals (packet level analysis)
 
Network protocols including TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, RTP.ISP, large POP, co-location and revenue-generating network experience
 
Excellent oral and written communications skills 
 
Hardware including Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Gigamon, Sonus or Palo Alto products
 
Virtualized desktop environments including Citrix and/or ZenAppExperience with CRM integration (i. e. Salesforce. com).
 
Experience with other public or private cloud providers
 
Working experience with various flavors of Operating Systems, including CentOS and OSX.
 
Working experience with various flavors of Databases including MySQL
 
Strong presentation skills
 
Excellent communication and documentation skills
 
Exceptional understanding of field of work and best practices
 
Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt your style to rapid organizational and platform change
