 We’re looking for an exceptional leader to take on critical responsibilities for all GTM activities. You will take a key role in crafting, refining and executing FalconX’s commercial objectives. You will have a strong understanding of driving B2B institutional sales, business development and customer success functions. You will play a major role in an integral part of the cryptocurrency industry  and its development as an asset class. This is an opportunity to shape the future of the  multi trillion dollar integration of cryptocurrency into the investment portfolios of institutions, corporations and family offices.



  • Execute towards FalconX’s go-to-market, growth and sales strategy

  • You will be responsible for outbound sales, inbound sales, and customer success functions

  • Forecast and achieve quarterly targets, sales plans, compensation structures, and customer segmentation

  • Identify, attract, develop and retain world class sales talent to the organization

  • Guide the sales team through account distribution strategy & prioritization efforts

  • Create, document, and deploy an efficient and repeatable sales system that increases revenue per lead including sales playbooks, training, and sales enablement support

  • Own the overall learning journey of every person across roles and offices in the sales and customer success functions. This includes onboarding and continuous, sustained education and training for SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead nurturing, outbound marketing, and other campaigns to support sales efforts

  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success

  • Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, customer success, and marketing and communications

  • Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating incentives and promotions with these metrics

  • Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals, and adjust as necessary to create sustainable growth

  • A player-coach who leads the sales team, while also being willing to engage on key accounts to help close deals by listening and spotting potential challenges

 Required Qualifications


  • You've managed high performing sales and customer success leaders,  using modern approaches and technology. You know how to build and optimize a strong team that consistently meets and exceeds expectations

  • You have a strong understanding of the use cases for financial services and market participants that would utilize them

  • You have 12+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS business development in dynamic, fast paced, and results orientated organizations

  • You can develop and execute a revenue strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the business

  • You create a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation, and promotions to tangible results

  • Significant track record of closing high value solution deals in complex fintech / SaaS at USD$2-$10 million deal size

  • Ability  to build relationships with C-level executives at established technology companies and financial institutions

  • Knowledge of the market structure for cryptocurrencies and major product and infrastructure providers in the space

  • Polished, articulate, and credible when communicating with partners in business and social settings

  • Excellent written, interpersonal, verbal and listening skills

  • Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment between clients and FalconX
