About the Role: 
We are looking for a Client Support Quality Assurance Specialist who can support quality assurance operational goals by analysis and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; reviewing productivity, quality of member calls and cases, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; and implementing new processes for quality improvement. 


    • Completes daily audits 
    • Monitors member experience
    • Develops new training and improvement of existing processes
    • Provides new innovative ways to conduct quality improvement
    • Upholds procedural standards and compliance, and security guidelines
    • Continuously drives and adapts the implementation process to optimize service quality while establishing efficient solutions
    • Commits to Lyra’s process of continuous self-improvement, Lyra’s product and service offering, and to your fellow team members


    • Comfortable with new technology, familiarity with CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk.
    • Passionate about changing the landscape of Behavioral Health
    • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Eagerness to integrate innovative techniques and technology into day-to-day work, with core ability to use spreadsheets, email, and website interfaces to interpret information and conduct work
    • Time management: you efficiently move through a to-do list
    • Tech Savvy: you easily navigate new systems
    • Research: you quickly navigate the internet to gather information
    • Eagerness to learn: you’re excited to work in digital health
