Job Description

As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you’’ll be responsible for developing and mentoring high-performing Account Executives who work with customers that have up to 5,000 employees within their organizations.  You are a driven, intelligent, and experienced sales professional who excels at coaching, collaboration, and consensus.  You know how to identify and replicate best practices across a team in order to help each person achieve their absolute potential, guiding the group toward collective goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead a diverse team of North American Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Take pride in the ongoing development of each member of your team
  • Join customer-facing meetings when needed, providing feedback beforehand and afterward 
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to pave the way for your group
  • Provide reporting and feedback to the sales leadership team to help everyone improve
  • Achieve key performance metrics and goals for recruiting, onboarding, and revenue attainment

What we look for in you

  • Prior experience with sales leadership (and/or a demonstrable track record in surpassing personal enterprise SaaS sales targets)
  • 5+ years of sales experience altogether
  • Proven background in SaaS sales, particularly with methodologies for discovery, use case development, building measurable value, and land-and-expand models
  • A history of mentorship, coaching, or leadership, professionally or personally
  • Passion for collaboration, productivity, and customer interactions

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the HCM, collaboration, or workforce productivity industries
  • Experience selling to HR and IT leaders at manufacturing or retail organizations
  • Being located in the San Francisco Bay Area
