We are looking for a compensation manager to help us ensure market competitive, internally equitable, and fiscally responsible compensation programs. You will be a strategic part of our HR team, and work closely with our people strategy and ops group to create meaningful compensation and incentive strategies for all employees. 
The ideal candidate will have compensation program experience for executives, sales, and standard employee compensation strategies. They will be analytically minded and feel comfortable with data. Experience with additional areas of total rewards such as benefits programs a plus, but not required. 


    • Ensure our compensation is competitive enough to attract and hire key talent while balancing fiscal responsibility to the company
    • Implement processes and frameworks that evaluate and ensure fair and consistent compensation for all employees
    • Lead the biannual compensation cycle by partnering with people business partners, people operations, and & finance
    • Serve as a point of contact for all compensation related programs, and equip our leaders with the knowledge they need to make good compensation decisions for their teams


    • Compensation Strategy: Thorough knowledge of executive, sales, and standard compensation strategy
    • Resilient & Adaptable: Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter. 
    • Analytical: Utilizes metrics and tools (excel, tableau, etc) to gain insights and break down a problem to identify root causes. 
    • HRIS Systems: Understanding of HRIS systems design, reporting, workflow, etc. 
    • Collaboration: Partners well with recruiting, HRBPs, and business leaders on compensation activities to attract and retain top talent.
