We are looking for a creative and collaborative project manager who has experience applying  behavior change concepts into digital formats to join us at Hinge Health, one of the fastest growing companies in digital health. A great candidate is inquisitive, invites collaboration and feedback, and is able to break down big ideas into project plans, with support, and drive those projects to execution.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Partner closely with the Director of Behavior Change Strategy, VP of Coaching, and our Product organization to inform how habit formation strategies are applied in the member’s experience across care team delivery and in the Hinge Health app. 
    • Evaluate, experiment with and iterate on our current coaching approach to increase user engagement outcomes. 
    • Partner with the Product Managers and Clinical staff to inform the development of new product lines, including a program for individuals to recover and get back to the things they love after undergoing MSK surgery. 
    • Collaborate with peers on explorative strategic projects as they arise across Care Delivery teams. 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Ability to translate non-digital protocols and interventions into digital formats while supporting users motivational needs (compassion, connection, purpose) 
    • Familiar with health interventions and the range of potential behaviors they may target with a specialty in at least one long-term behavior change area (e.g. weight-loss, smoking cessation, optimal performance).  
    • Demonstrated skillfulness in building self-efficacy, assessing motivation, and guiding others to overcome obstacles.  
    • Savvy and comfortable in partnering with subject matter experts (PT’s, Clinicians) to develop products and services with embedded behavior change principles.
