As we are growing rapidly, we are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations leader to join our team to help accelerate our growth trajectory further and help build a world-class business. As a Head of Business Operations, you will immerse yourself in problem solving, deep data analytics and developing solutions that drive the business forward. You will work with cross-functional leaders across the company on most important strategic topics. This is not an internal consulting role - it is a high visibility and high impact role where you own the business problems, solutions and implementation to drive the impact.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive business performance management.
  • Develop compelling, insightful recommendations, aligning with cross-functional leaders.
  • Serve as an expert on the business drivers for Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales.
  • Be the expert on the pulse of the company’s operations and leverage data & insights to drive informed decision making, scaling best practices and drive accountability.
  • “Hack growth” - identify market opportunities to pursue to further accelerate the business.
  • Structure complex and ambiguous business challenges.
  • Gather and analyze large amounts of data and problem solve effectively
  • Create connective tissue by working with and sharing knowledge among various functions, including Executive, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and G&A teams.
  • Minimum 8 years years of work experience in tier 1 management consulting firms and/or in strategy/operations at a technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, engineering or any quantitative major - MBA is a plus.
  • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex business problems and build scalable processes.
  • Comfort working in a high growth, fast-evolving environment.
  • Natural problem-solver: comfortable with data and ambiguity, and able to delve into the details.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable insights.
  • Cross-functional leader - ability to drive large scale initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Relationship building: Ability to build trust quickly, high degree of empathy and expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships.
