Modulate uses a combination of machine learning, signal processing, and hard-won intuition to develop unique machine learning tools to improve the online voice chat experience, especially around ensuring that all participants have the ability to engage safely. We distribute a single SDK which powers multiple services: including [VoiceWear](https://modulate.ai/voice-wear), which allows you to customize your voice right as you speak; and [ToxMod](https://modulate.ai/tox-mod), our fully voice-native real-time moderation service. While VoiceWear handles all of its processing on the user’s device, ToxMod balances local processing with more sophisticated models running in the cloud using a SaaS model, and therefore drives the majority of our DevOps needs.

Job Description

The Business Development team is at an exciting inflection point with multiple large AAA game studios/platforms currently onboarding and is looking to bring on a Technical Account Manager to manage integration and deployment of our platform with our customers. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating API/SDK integration efforts while serving as a first line of defense before bringing in the engineering team to problem-solve

  • Educating customers about the best ways to use ToxMod/VoiceWear for their specific goals and use cases

  • Evaluating the evolving needs of the customer and sharing findings with the product team and Modulate leadership to help drive our future roadmap

Due to the specific set of customers you'll be working with, some experience with Unity, Unreal, or other game engines would be valuable, and additional preference may be given to candidates with prior customer-facing experience in SaaS or gaming.
