Job Description

mPulse Mobile is in a need of a Talent Acquisition Specialist. mPulse is in a rapid growth stage and looking to bring on talent quickly. The selected candidate will serve on the Talent Acquisition Team to support and strategize with hiring managers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for selected departments. They will partner with managers to plan for sourcing efforts and ensure pipelines are always full. A strategic mindset to diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts will be highly important as we grow our teams.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as internal talent partner for business, engagement, creative and account management teams
  • Build critical relationships (within organization & your own network) to attract and engage with new talent
  • Source and identify passive talent and drive into applicant pools
  • Recommend sourcing strategies through multiple channels (recruitment events, web, social/ professional networks)
  • Action Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment efforts at mPulse to drive diverse candidate pools
  • Post and manage job postings in unconscious bias applicant tracking system. Collect requisitions, manage approvals and set up postings with proper requirements and assessments
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture add to the mPulse environment
  • Manage Job Description Library
  • Manage and streamline interviewing processes
  • Ensure and manage positive candidate experience
  • Ensure managers and hiring teams are in compliance and educated with fair recruitment practices and following equal opportunity employer practices
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
  • 3 - 4 years experience of in-house, full-cycle recruiting on the business side, preferably in tech company
  • Experience with a fast paced hyper-growth stage company
  • Proven success in closing candidates
  • Experience working with multiple hiring managers at any given time.
  • Experience attending recruitment and sourcing events
  • Experience building rapport with candidates and identifying talent for specific roles
  • Experience sourcing candidates and creating candidate pipelines
  • Experience with hiring practices and knowledge and understanding of interviewing and recruitment laws and ordinances
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources or other related field
  • 3 years experience of in in-house, full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience with hiring practices and knowledge and understanding of interviewing and recruitment laws and ordinances
  • Experience sourcing candidates and creating candidate pipelines
