We have a number of high profile investors including Guy Hands (founder of Terra Firma) and the founders of Zoopla, Betfair, sofa.com, and Achica. Having recently completed our Series A funding with a US-based investor (Canvas Ventures) we are building out the team for the next stage of the business.

Having already built the world’s largest digital furniture catalogue: ‘eporta Marketplace’ - allowing interior designers to discover and purchase furniture, lighting, accessories directly from suppliers. We are now expanding our product portfolio with Tradehub.

Tradehub is the future of trade commerce for the interior design industry; a new SaaS platform that solves the complexity of commerce for suppliers and manufactures, giving them a single online tool to manage their whole trade business, helping them showcase their amazing products and convert more sales.

We are growing the Tradehub team and looking for amazing people to join us.

Your role:

As a Tradehub Onboarding Manager you’ll be part of the Tradehub success team, and be responsible for project managing the successful set up, training, and usage of Tradehub for new customers.

Your key goal will be to ensure that customers have a truly rewarding onboarding experience that leads to high adoption and usage of Tradehub. KPIs for success focus on achieving high customer transaction value, and Customer Satisfaction scores.

Your day to day will involve working closely with a range of people at our customer’s businesses, from junior sales people, to tech teams, to company owners.

You’ll be responsible for building truly meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at our clients, understanding their goals, and helping them realise them through personalising their Tradehub technical set up, training, and support throughout their onboarding.

We are always looking for ways to serve our customers better and improve our offering. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll be pivotal in sharing customer feedback, needs and product requirements with Tradehub’s Commercial and Product team.

  • Working with our operations and technical teams to ensure the successful set up of a customers Tradehub
  • Building an intimate understanding of customers’ products and processes,in order to customise their Tradehub set up
  • Actively managing the pipeline of new Tradehub customers from when they’re signed by our sales team- through to their early adoption of Tradehub..
  • Building strong relationships with our customers, closely understanding their business needs and challenges, and showcasing how Tradehub can support them in achieving them.
  • Creating loyal customers, with high usage rates through first class training and support.
  • Engaging with customers through a mixture of high touch personal support, and automated CRM messaging; ensuring customers remain engaged, and receive a high level of customer service.
  • Educating customers on how to optimise their use of Tradehub to reach their goals.
  • Introducing key features through the provision of training and tailored content.
  • Being a key point of contact for minor troubleshooting during Onboarding
  • Championing the voice of the customer, and quantitative data, through advocating Customer needs back to the business.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and communicating common customer behaviours to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams so they may continue to innovate and improve the Tradehub offering.

  • Ideally 3+ years experience in customer success, account management, customer support, or project management.
  • Ideally experience of running project plans, or supporting customer adoption of a product, working directly with customers.
  • Experience of managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Start up experience, or experience at a scale up SaaS business would be a big plus.
  • An interest, some knowledge, or some experience of working within the interior design, or furniture industry is a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy: Experience of using CRM systems to support your process (e.g Salesforce, Monday.com, Trello etc)
  • Experience of working with, and managing a large client base effectively, or working on multiple project streams simultaneously.

SALARY

  • Base Salary: Competitive
  • OTE Salary: Competitive performance related bonuses
