XANT is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Email Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing and virtual event strategies. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and email nurture programs as well as virtual events like webinars and virtual summits. 

Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of email nurtures, outbound email campaigns, webinars, and virtual events. This role will think holistically about our prospect and customer email marketing strategies, create messaging and testing plans, implement the emails in our current tools (Marketo), and test and optimize. You will also own the planning and execution of our virtual events including Summits and webinars.

  • Identify target audience and grow our email list.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Implement best in class email templates.
  • Maintain email databases for lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure emails follow compliance policies and best practices.
  • Work closely with our content and web team to execute virtual events.

Qualifications: 

4+ years (mix of) email marketing, marketing automation, marketing database management, & previous experience in a SaaS environment (B2B preferred).  

  • Proven experience building and sending email marketing campaigns through Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform).
  • Experience building lead scoring programs, marketing database segments and lead nurture programs.
  • Highly collaborative, analytical, team-oriented attitude. Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with creative writers and designers to distill complex content into powerful and consumable marketing pieces. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives to stay on strategy and drive to a lead generation quota.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or Communications related field or equivalent experience (not mandatory-- this is just a reference point)
