Job Description

6sense is seeking an Associate Campaign Operations to become part of a team designing, developing, and deploying its Ad campaigns. The candidate will be an integral part of our India operations team.  

6sense is a Predictive Intelligence Engine that is reimagining how B2B companies do sales and marketing. It works with big data at scale, advanced machine learning and predictive modeling to find buyers and predict what they will purchase, when and how much. By combining intent signals from every channel with the industry’s most advanced AI predictive capabilities, it is finally possible to predict account demand and optimize demand generation in an ABM world.

Desired Qualifications:

BE/BTech/BS or equivalent technical degree

2+ years of experience in Adtech area

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer campaigns and recommend campaign strategies
  • Troubleshoot and correct campaign issues, and provide optimization suggestions
  • Monitor campaign delivery issues and communicate with the DSP for resolutions
  • Troubleshoot Creative Audit Failed issues with the DSP and coordinate with Customer Success (CS) team at 6sense
  • Keep a track of active campaigns that have not served any impression in the last 24 hours and take appropriate actions
  • Proactively engage with Customer Success Manager (CSM) to determine direct/indirect sales/platform challenges and communicate with product/solution team to develop tools, programs or additional features
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with the product team for solutioning
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned activities including new features, solutions in the product
  • Build and provide training material for the sales/ CS team
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience management, segmentation, campaign strategies, etc
  • Assist CSM teams to ensure successful client onboardings, answer customer queries with regards to platform function, ads set up and specifications, etc.
  • Assist with the creation of training documentation, and other services and support as required.

Must have Skills:

  • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Digital Advertising with high-tech operational knowledge of SSP and DSP platforms
  • Good experience in creating and executing digital advertising campaigns using optimization tactics and strategies
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing will be an added advantage but not necessary
  • Experience in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using CRMs like Salesforce, Eloqua etc
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns

  • Knowledge of HTML & Java Script
  • Hands-on experience of working on any Accounts Based (B2B) Marketing platform will be an added advantage.
  • Should be open to work in rotational shifts - India/UK/US.
