We are looking for a Head of Inside Sales that will be responsible for building our remote sales function in the US.  You will be responsible for anything that ranges from building and leading a team, creating KPI’s and metrics, leading training and best practices as well as reporting to stakeholders to share updates on the progress of the team.



Experience within the food & beverage world is a must!  We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role of building and leading an Inside Sales team.  You will be responsible for writing the playbook to help us launch other similar functions globally.

You will be responsible for all things strategy and growth, and the team will look to you to execute and develop localized growth plans at record speed.

You will have oversight and responsibility for the performance, training and management of the team, setting targets and KPIs for the team as well as individual performance as well as the responsibility to send weekly performance reports to all team members.

You will be responsible for the growth and development of your team by leading training and coaching, leading performance reviews and creating more efficient processes to help your team achieve their goals.

Ownership over the team budget, reviewing expenses and ensuring all team administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.  This means you might be on sales pitches, doing cold calls, leading meetings and making strategic decisions, all in one day.
