Figma is scaling at an incredible pace and we are at the stage where we need local support for our growing EMEA team. You’ll be part of a dynamic, client focused IT team supporting Figma in EMEA across all internal organisations. Our IT support goals are to get it done right the first time and make it an amazing experience for our customers. If you love helping others while providing exceptional service and working on technical issues, this is the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Provide an amazing employee experience by supporting an org that runs almost entirely on Mac
    • Support the US IT team by triaging tickets and help resolve day-to-day IT issues 
    • Lead our onboarding efforts to ensure new hires have minimal issues getting set up on their first day
    • Assist the team with automations to streamline processes and create more bandwidth for other projects
    • Help Figmates be more productive by procuring and maintaining computers / peripherals
    • Develop creative solutions for IT challenges (like having a remote workforce during a pandemic)
    • Work with our amazing EMEA team and assist with onboarding 
    • Provide on-site support in our UK office

You might be a good fit if you have:

    • Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support
    • Experience managing Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Zoom, and Okta
    • Motivation to take on high-level tasks and complex issues
    • An ability to evaluate, design and implement new processes as well as improve existing  processes
    • A customer service oriented mindset that loves working with others and willing to go the extra mile to help Figmates
