THE ROLE
 
The CRM Coordinator will develop a strategy to achieve revenue targets for retention channels and increase future growth. This is an essential position for us to deepen our knowledge about our client and provide projects that allow them to have an amazing experience. It will also oversee the FARFETCH promotional calendar in Latin America. You will report to the Head of Marketing LATAM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Along with Head of Marketing, you will design Farfetch's CRM strategy, including the forecasting and budgeting processes to meet agreed indicators and targets;
    • Work cross-functional with areas in pursuit of Customer Acquisition, Retention and Loyalty;
    • Oversee execution of CRM strategy to provide retention communications across email, push and SMS;
    • Manage and control the promotional strategy and promotion budget;
    • Create strategies for optimizing the data capture of our customers to improve our knowledge about them affecting our retention strategy;
    • Measure performance of CRM channels, build and analyze relevant reports, oversee test/ control design and execution and provide relevant recommendations and next steps from the results;
    • Develop and be the lead contact with strategic partnerships.

WHO YOU ARE

    • You are a senior CRM and Growth professional;
    • You have previous team management experience;
    • You possess outstanding execution skills;
    • You speak fluent Portuguese and advanced English;
    • You have experience of planning, building and executing relationships programs;
    • You previously worked directly with Ecommerce, Marketplace or Retail;
    • Knowledge in SQL and Excel.
