Artemis is looking for a creative, hardworking, self-motivated person with a proven record of success in optimizing the revenue generation engine through data management, analytic insights, and technology. This is a high-impact role that works closely with marketing, sales, and operations leadership in a fast-growing company. This person loves making data-driven insights accessible and as accurate as possible.

YOU WILL

    • Live the Artemis core values.
    • Establish and maintain scalable data standardization processes for the marketing and sales technology stack that ensure best practices in campaign, lead, and pipeline management.
    • Create and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact. 
    • Coordinate with and assist system administration resources to optimize technology stack infrastructure (centered around Marketo and Salesforce.com) to ensure integrations are functional, data is clean, processes are followed, and reports are available and accurate. 
    • Implement and follow email and data regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
    • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement.
    • Monitor and maintain data quality within the sales and marketing databases.
    • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve marketing and sales team performance.

YOU BRING

    • Passion for revenue operations and using data and systems to increase revenue generation in marketing and sales. 
    • A proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach with a proven track record of success.

    • Experience working with a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo.  
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com
    • Experience working with Domo, Tableau, or another data analytics platform.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong collaboration skills—with your internal partners in sales and marketing.
    • Passion for helping to fix healthcare.
    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
    • 2 or more years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, data analytics, and/or system administration for marketing or sales technology stacks.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER THE FIRST YEAR

    • You understand the setup, functionality, and data available in  our marketing and sales technology stack.
    • You coordinate with demand generation and system administration resources to enhance the technology stack, including data flow and integrations for marketing and sales processes like campaigns and pipeline management. 
    • You have evaluated the existing reports and metrics for marketing campaigns, pipeline, sales performance, account-based marketing programs, etc., and developed a plan for improving the reporting infrastructure and standardization. 
    • You’ve enabled the marketing and sales teams to understand which tactics, systems, and programs are effective and where there are areas for improvement. 
    • You understand the sales funnel and rules of engagement, and have built data standardization processes to ensure accurate reporting.
    • You effectively intake, prioritize, and manage requests while communicating expectations
    • You are a strong contributor to the sales and marketing team, frequently sharing ideas to optimize campaigns and other revenue generation programs.
