Job Description

About The Role

Your role is to manage a network of several sites in a given area.

You must be obsessed with making sure that every single site is performing at its best in order to offer the best service to our customers.At the same time you must be able to keep a high level vision, manage a large team, set up and implement a long term plan to improve our service.

The right candidate will be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and have strong analytical skills. He or she must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. He or she should be entrepreneurial with the confidence to make independent, data-driven decisions.


Duties & Responsibilities

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to succeed at:

  • Team-building and management
  • Capability to cascade down processes at a large scale 
  • Planning and forecasting 
  • Defining and implementing strategies 
  • Full ownership of KPIs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Hire and manage a team
  • Always have a clear vision of the stock in the sites of your area
  • Optimize warehousing, picking and delivery costs
  • You will manage all the staff in the sites and all the riders attached to them
  • Set-up and implement training programs to ensure a constant improvement of the workforce
  • Ensure the safety of all employees and sites at all times
  • Own P&L results of your given area 

He or she must be able to develop clear thinking and business rationale for new features & services to bring customers ease-of-use and innovation with a razor sharp focus on solving for the customer while driving operational excellence in execution. The candidate must be an effective communicator in working with internal colleagues and groups. The candidate must have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required

  • 2 years experience in a similar role in managing retail, store or facilities operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and; you are autonomous, proactive and capable of unblocking complex situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large onboarding programs to train.
  • Your good humor, your dynamism make you the engine of the team. You are humble, benevolent, well organized.
  • You are data driven.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
