We are seeking a digital marketing manager to drive the growth of lead acquisition through all online channels, focusing on PPC and display ads, SEO, the website, and other online properties such as company pages on social media. You will collaborate with peers on the marketing team as well as agency resources to manage digital campaign execution and optimization across channels, improve our SERPs for greater organic website traffic, and increase our website conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the corporate website and its related technology stack, including Wordpress CMS, WPEngine hosting, Google Tag Manager and various pixels, website UX and A/B/Multivariate testing software, landing page software, SSL, CDN, etc.
  • Manage the strategy, setup, and optimization of all paid digital campaigns using ad platform-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our acquisition costs (while maintaining or improving quality).
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Build landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through a variety of paid programs.
  • Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the corporate website while improving and optimizing clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Act as our internal agency in collaboration with our content creators to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content aligned to our keyword space.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with digital marketing trends across paid and organic channels, and identify potential new channels and strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with SaaS B2B software companies.
  • Expert knowledge of the various paid marketing platforms, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social network advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), and content distribution and placement networks.
  • Expertise with data-driven analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to manage and optimize relationships with agencies and vendors.
  • Experience handling digital marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
