Job Description

As the Head of CoreBiz Leadership Recruiting at Facebook, you’ll lead a team of dedicated leadership recruiters and sourcers to hire Director and VP level talent for the Corporate Business teams within Facebook.  This includes HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, Policy, Recruiting, Facilities, Physical Security, and other Business functions.  You will help set the comprehensive vision and lead the strategy of the Facebook CoreBiz Leadership Recruiting organization for North America. Your world-class team of recruiting professionals will play a crucial role in helping our Business teams scale our global efforts to add exceptional builders to our diverse teams. Working closely with global counterparts as well as cross-functional partners, you’ll drive operational excellence and unparalleled results for our Business organizations while keeping diversity at the heart of your team’s initiatives. Head of CoreBiz Leadership Recruiting Responsibilities

    Lead a recruitment and sourcing team responsible for finding the world’s best and diverse Leadership talent in every industry who share our enthusiasm to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together
    Accelerate representation in hiring to ensure Facebook reflects the world
    Work together to adapt our foundation and ways of operating to accelerate our 2024 vision
    Unlock the full potential of people, technology and data to differentiate recruiting experiences at scale
    Lead the recruiting strategy and execution for Leadership hiring in the CoreBiz organizations ensuring alignment to the hiring goal
    Stay on top of new trends in the industry and marketplace and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends
    Set vision and inspire the NORAM CoreBiz leadership recruiting team to achieve great results
    Create a culture of engagement, inclusion and growth for your team and the broader Recruiting Community
    Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team
    Proactively communicate strategy updates and provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives
    Partner with Facebook executives to develop and execute on hiring for their organizations
    Act as a thought partner for future headcount and organizational planning with CoreBiz leaders in partnership with HR and Finance partners
    Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
    Develop long term talent attraction strategies to connect with and nurture talent over long periods of time to bring top Leadership talent to Facebook
    Lead and mentor team members with a focus on industry knowledge and innovation

Minimum Qualifications

    12+ years recruitment leadership experience, from strategy to operational execution
    Experience operating and influencing strategically at all levels across all cross-functional partners
    Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment recommendations and follow through with metric-driven execution, leading others to do the same
    Experience with global compliance procedures to compliment the recruiting process
    Experience communicating and working with distributed and cross-functional teams
    Proven track record in growing, motivating and managing co-located and distributed recruitment functions

Preferred Qualifications

    Experience leading executive and/or leadership recruiting teams
