Job Description  

SimplePractice is seeking a Recruiter to help our team continue to grow with a focus on product, marketing, customer success, finance and design hiring. We're looking for someone who has a passion for recruiting the best and brightest candidates and enjoys every part of the recruiting process and while working on a variety of roles.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
  • You will source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
  • You will facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Work with recruiting team to determine best interview practices, improve candidate experience, and recruiting operational process development
  • Run recruiting events, recruitment marketing, and employer branding

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to evaluate relevant experience for specific roles and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit 
  • Industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience w/ recruiting software
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leadership
