The Opportunity

We are looking for a collaborative, early in career professional, who is interested in being the backbone of a high performance team.  Our Strategic Services team creates and propels the vision for our product and the success of our customers ever forward.  We need someone that can help keep them on target and focused on what is important so the team can move fast and effectively in their mission.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate Schedules for the Strategic Services Team
  • Make strategic decisions around scheduling to help with the team’s success
  • Help to prep Consultants on upcoming meetings
  • Assist in building and/or fine-tuning presentations for the team
  • Project Management with team
  • Assist with team Operations and Systems
  • Learn the business and understand the customers
  • Collaborate and coordinate with partner teams like Customer Experience, Sales, Business Operations, HR, etc

Is this you?


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, technology or project management disciplines
  • Quality Internships or early career experience in business, technology, consulting or project management
  • Experience building presentations
  • Experience with G-Suite tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc) and MS Office Products
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
