The Strategic & Operational Services group at is looking to welcome a new member to the team to help deliver customer engagements and assist in building out this rapidly-growing new business unit.  As the Customer Transformation Manager, Strategic & Operational  Services, you will play in active role in shaping the future of our business unit, while also collaborating closely across every area of our company to drive culture and growth. Your typical day will include: (1) multiple conversations and workshops with clients across industries and growth stages as they set business and operating strategies, and (2) heavy collaboration across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and the rest of CS to help build the capabilities of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that drives our core customer experience and that is constantly innovating and building new things.

The team is looking for people who have: 

  • Experience working closely with senior executives and founders
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to deliver "breakthrough generating" workshops
  • Voracious intellectual curiosity, humility, and warmth 
  • Experience collaborating across various corporate functions (e.g., marketing, sales, product, etc.) to drive meaningful change
  • Exposure to company and business building
  • Experience working with companies at various stages of growth (from the earliest stage all the way to established, publicly-traded companies), and across various industries
  • Experience and comfort managing customer relationships
  • Your friends and colleagues say you are gifted when it comes to public speaking
  • Bonus points if you have experience with sales, corporate strategy, and technology implementation

In a typical week, you will:

  • Deliver strategically-oriented OKR workshops (methodology, writing, operationalization, culture, and more)
  • Collaborate on various projects with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Design
  • Speak on webinars and at industry conferences
  • Construct presentations for senior leadership meetings
  • Check-in with customers to empower their OKR journeys
  • Help refine our enterprise customer strategy
  • Develop hypotheses to address operational challenges and actively champion their validation
  • Create new resources and processes to help advance our customer delivery
  • Establish and maintain relationships across industry segments
  • Help conduct user research (internal and external)
  • Work on marketing campaign development

What we’re looking for:

  • You are extremely comfortable working with senior executives, both in the relationship and problem solving dimensions
  • You bring immediate warmth and intellectual safety to every interaction
  • You are humble, driven, and enjoy listening to others and thinking deeply about how you can help
  • You have total experience of 3-12 years in one or multiple of the following context:
    • Consulting (corporate & business unit strategy development, human capital / culture, technology program delivery)
    • Venture Capital (designing new businesses, working with founders to scale / validate them)
    • Customer Success (working across the entire customer success spectrum from sales all the way through ongoing customer relationship management)
    • Consultative Sales (helping to diagnose root causes clients are facing and configuring impactful paths forward for them)
    • Any experience working across various corporate functions to drive meaningful changes amidst organizational complexity)
  • You are highly skilled at leading and facilitating workshops, and driving development of materials for them
  • You have spent time working in and/or closely collaborating with every major corporate function (C-Suite, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, etc.)
  • You think feedback is a gift and actively seek it from others
  • You are able to manage multiple customer and company projects at once
  • You are a go-getter, self-starter, who is comfortable building roadmaps and project timelines
  • You are highly connected in various industry segments and are comfortable in both sales and consulting contexts
  • You are comfortable working in a highly-dynamic startup environment
