Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Training and Customer Enablement Manager to educate our customers on the Ally platform and OKR Best Practices. You will develop and deliver training programs and content that will turn our customers into champions and provide them with the tools and resources they need to drive a successful OKR / Strategy Execution program.

Training & Customer Enablement Managers have a keen eye for design, possess excellent grammar skills, and are able to craft and deliver presentations that explain complex subjects in a clear and engaging manner. 

In the world's new fully-remote environment, you exude the perfect mix of confidence and energy, leading customers to turn on their Zoom videos, lean in, ask questions, and fully engage with your content. Moving beyond "share my slides," you're testing the leading edge of engagement and facilitation with breakout rooms, whiteboard collaboration software, live chat, and pre-training content. 

The goal of our training and enablement team is to create champions and subject matter experts within our customer base that will drive long term adoption, trust, and customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
  • Produce training schedules and agendas
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
  • Execute virtual and webinar-based training sessions to groups and individuals, with potential on-site, in-person training in the future
  • Keep and report data on completed courses, issues, etc.
  • Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
  • Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
  • Create content and other digital assets that provide a continuous learning path for customers 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a trainer in a SaaS and/or technical software environment
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
  • Experience in designing technical course content
  • Ability to address training needs with complete courses
  • Working knowledge of modern office and training software, such as Google Drive, Docs, Slides; MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint); Zoom; Slack; Photoshop
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to large audiences
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Degree in a related field or combination of education and experience
  • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with OKR Methodology is a huge bonus

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of experience in training design and/or delivery
