We are looking for a results-driven and collaborative Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. Reporting into the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Market Insights, the successful candidate will oversee our midmarket segment - understanding our clients, prospects and competitors in the segment and sharing those market signals with our product team to fuel our growth.

    • You have 1-2 years experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or related experience. 

Outcomes

    • Become the expert on our market, and support research efforts to gain insight into what’s happening now and coming next in our space.
    • Get to know our products inside and out to deeply understand how Ada uniquely provides business value. 
    • Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape so that you can identify market opportunities for Ada; communicate those learnings to our product team in a business case format, as well as to our client- and prospect-facing teams in partnership with revenue enablement.
    • Collaborate with sales to understand where we win and where we could improve our midmarket offering to accelerate our sales cycles and grow our market share.
    • Engage directly with our midmarket clients to understand how they use our product and report on the main drivers of loyalty, expansion, and churn - share those learnings internally as well as externally in client engagement and prospecting initiatives (in collaboration with adjacent marketing teams).
    • Distill midmarket insights from clients and prospects to identify and deliver new market opportunities, serving as the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams;
    • Manage our review process to ensure our presence on G2, partner marketplaces, etc. sends a positive signal to the market.
