Position Overview

The B2B Marketing Manager reports directly to the B2B Director of Marketing and is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth. This person will be tasked with the development and management of broad-based B2B marketing initiatives, implementation and results. This person will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness. They will manage lead generation, web site development, content curation/creation, and sales collateral. This high-impact role will work across functions and interact with vendors and company leaders.


 Primary Job Duties Include (but are not limited to)

  • Develop B2B focused marketing materials/content 
  • Work with director to incorporate and log legal feedback
  • Work with team members to create and maintain B2B content in an integrated marketing calendar
  • Coordinate with B2B Director to develop and execute Partner Program communication plan and materials
  • Manage B2B strategic advertising initiatives
  • Work inter-departmentally to facilitate Lead Nurture tactics (workflow construction, lead scoring, segmentation, content)
  • Continue sales alignment with regular BDM communication
  • Aid in sales team communications- create internal communication templates/content to educate and update team on current and upcoming campaigns
  • Manage asset repository- responsible for organizing and storing B2B marketing assets in a way that makes it easy for the team to utilize and share with internal and external customers    
  • Maintain and update the external, client-facing Retailer Marketing Portal and assets 
  • Coordinate with B2B Director to develop vertical-specific landing pages
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels as well as meeting legal requirements and incorporating edits
  • Ensure accuracy of B2B marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Understand current marketing trends and keep track of competitive analysis
  • Other duties as assigned



  •  A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism or equivalent
  • Previous working experience in B2B roles or as a marketing manager for 3+ years or related experience
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and communications skills are essential
  • Management skills: As a B2B marketing manager you will formulate marketing plans and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to execute deliverables
  • Communication skills: Excellent writing skills are a prerequisite as you will frequently write copy for marketing materials. Strong verbal skills are needed to manage relationships with agencies and third parties
  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Understand current marketing trends in the financial services, LTO and BNPL sector
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at the same time
  • Must have HubSpot or equivalent CRM experience
