Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Activation Specialist to join our team based in Rome.

As a Customer Activation Specialist, you will help Soldo grow by managing our leads and pre-sales prospects (small business segment) and contributing to revenue growth. You will be focused on a support them from the registration stage, the first log-in, to the complete set up of the account, maintaining good customer relationships and providing exceptional, friendly, and professional service to Soldo’s customers.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of lead generation and business development best practices. You should also be able to interact with prospects and leads by phone.

Responsibilities

  • Invite prospective customers to learn more about the Soldo products, promoting campaigns or special offers, encouraging the use of our products.
  • Support customers (by e-mail, telephone, social media, chat and Skype) with any query they may have.
  • Accurately resolve customer queries and manage an escalation process to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Initiate appropriate actions to deal with issues likely to impact service delivery, such as system failures.
  • Understand and comply with the key objectives of the company
  • Deliver service/quality standards to agreed levels

Required Skills

  • German native speaker and fluent English speaker (fluent Italian is considered a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a telesales representative or other sales role, dealing with customers over the phone or via e-mail (previous experience in a customer care role or customer support role is also desirable).
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. SalesForce, Zendesk, Trustpilot) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
  • Committed to improving levels of Customer Care
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and a flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask
  • Professional telephone manner, with good listening skills
  • Result-oriented
