The Information Security Portfolio Director will support the execution of the information security global transformation program. Executions include working with multiple security, IT and engineering leadership/stakeholders and a variety of security, IT and engineering technical resources to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet/exceed corporate initiatives. Drive alignment and adoption of security and risk management practices. Deliverables include, but are not limited to, creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, project cost estimates, project recommendations, status reports and executive presentations.

Key Accountabilities:

    • Developing and maintaining a suite of reporting templates for Global Information Security, Risk, & Compliance Management Services;
    • Providing accurate Program reporting information to key stakeholders in a timely manner;
    • Developing and maintaining the portfolio of services and supporting materials, including presentations;
    • Developing and maintaining a global schedule of activities to disseminate to all information security staff on a regular basis;
    • Holding regular meetings with key members of the information security team in order to understand and report on major group activities;
    • Acting as the focal point and internally coordinating the information security team’s contribution to global projects, including the Global Information Security & Risk Transformation program, IAM, Technical Privacy, Vendor Management, and OKRs.
    • Organizing and managing an Information Security Team Program Control Board to manage all Global Information Security, Risk, & Compliance projects;
    • Management and coordination of the 3-year information security strategy document.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or business management, or 10+ years’ experience
    • Master’s degree preferred
    • Agile Scrum certified
    • Structured portfolio management experience in planning and deploying security-related initiatives
    • Broad experience in computer and network systems, including IT security
    • Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions and recommendations with limited data
    • Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
    • Strong stakeholder management and reporting experience

Background Experiences:

    • Technical proficiencies in enterprise tools such as Jira, Clarizen/MS Project, Archer/ServiceNow/ZenGRC, SailPoint, Cyberark, and Confluence.

Travel:

    • This position may require up to 20% travel
