Cloudinary’s Customer Education team is looking for an energetic and motivated student intern who has an interest in educating our customers and partners on our service. The selected intern for this position will be tech-savvy and dynamic, helping the team with tasks involving management and maintenance of our Cloudinary Academy and its coursework, as well as other learning technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience and learn in a fun, friendly, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative functions for the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology, including the set-up of user accounts, security permissions, learning profiles, and notifications to ensure that appropriate learning is delivered to the target audience. 
  • Develop, update and upload training courses and modules within the LMS.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize courseware and systems for the delivery, tracking, monitoring, and evaluation of Cloudinary’s learning solutions.
  • Assist department team members and organizational subject matter experts to facilitate the design, development, and delivery of technological learning solutions.
  • Interact online with the course and learning session attendees in answering questions and troubleshooting, particularly in the Cloudinary Academy student community channels, responding in a timely and professional manner.

About You:

  • Interest or direct experience in Education and SaaS Customer Success
  • Instructional Design, Education, Journalism, Business-related major is preferred
  • The ability to write and edit front-end code - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
  • Experience with a learning management system, talent management system, or customer relationship management system is preferred
  • Good to have knowledge with course development software, particularly TechSmith Camtasia, and how to properly apply SCORM content packages into an LMS is preferred
  • Ability to complete necessary data entry about students and learning projects into spreadsheets and other forms
  • Experience managing an online community, particularly for educational purposes, is preferred
  • Good to have knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
  • Preferably located in Santa Clara, California or the West coast US
