Job Description

Tackle.io enables enterprise software companies to accelerate the use of Cloud Marketplaces like AWS, Azure and Google. Our vision is to transform the way software is bought and sold with a laser focus on helping customers build and drive significant channels of revenue through the Cloud Marketplaces.

Reporting to Tackle’s VP of Marketing, you’ll define, and execute an account-based marketing plan that supports our revenue strategy for prospects and customers alike. This will include ABM tactics as well as virtual and in-person events (in the near future). The person that will thrive in this role will bring enthusiasm, new ideas, and a passion for building personalized marketing programs that drive new revenue, retention, and upsell opportunities.
 

You Will:

    • Develop and execute an account-based marketing plan that supports our revenue strategy for prospects and customers alike
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to select the right target accounts, and then develop & launch programs to win those accounts
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to build an integrated strategy across direct mail, email, paid media, and any channels you identify
    • Work with the Content and Product Marketing teams to create content that our target accounts need so we can hit these companies with the right message at the right time
    • Create events with a personal touch, you will be a Marketplace evangelist, working with Sales and Customer Success to personalize campaigns that nurture top accounts from prospecting to close to expansion
    • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation to develop metrics to measure the success of all initiatives
    • Track results of all campaign activity and make recommendations for future activity (OKR’s, budgets, ROI, planning, market sizing)

You Have:

    • 2-5 years of experience orchestrating account-based marketing campaigns, events, or a similar role
    • 2-5 years of experience at a B2B technology company
    • Exceptional organizational skills, you’ll be managing all aspects of campaign and event coordination 
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Experience and comfortability working successfully with diverse departments and groups of people
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with an eye for quality, creativity, and attention to detail
