Job Description

DynamiCare Health is a digital platform that monitors and motivates people to address their use of drugs, opioids, alcohol, and tobacco. The platform automates Contingency Management (CM), an evidence-based methodology that has been demonstrated to be effective at reducing the use of all types of substances. Our platform is an evidence-based, cost-effective, and scalable solution to one of the largest problems facing healthcare.

Internship Overview

DynamiCare is looking for a remote summer intern with a passion to solve problems with our customers as part of our App Help Desk team. As a member of the App Help Desk team, you will have regularly assigned work, participate in team meetings and have an opportunity to network with other professionals within the organization.


  • Record, identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Document recurring bugs/issues for the clinical, product, and engineering teams to address.
  • Follow up on incidents and reaching out to members on resolution and/or incident updates in a timely fashion.
  • Respond to member needs with the ability to make hands-on decisions to resolve customer issues timely and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Review substance test videos to ensure compliance with DynamiCare’s policies and recommendations.


  • Must live in or go to school in Massachusetts
  • Students graduating this Spring are also eligible to apply.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of communicating virtually with not only customers but also your team and manager.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
  • A patient and empathetic disposition are vital because many of our members are currently struggling with either addiction or recovery.
  • A basic understanding of technology, including mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
