TigerConnect is the only solution that combines a consumer-like user experience for both clinical and patient communication with serious security, privacy, and clinical workflow requirements that today’s healthcare organizations demand.

Job Description

TigerConnect - the leading provider of care collaboration and workflow optimization solutions for the healthcare industry - is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and intuitive Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team. As a Product Marketing manager, you will sit at the crossroads of several areas critical to the business – Product, Marketing, and Sales. This role will help bind our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.

As a Product Marketing Manager, this individual will be the go-to product evangelist. You will play a crucial part in the gathering of critical insights on competitors and buyers, using market evidence and data to drive the development and positioning of the TigerConnect product within the market, while empowering our sales channels to be successful.

Attention to detail, a data driven mindset, and eye for high-quality work will be crucial to success in this role. Your eagerness to discover and share market findings with the Sales and Product teams, and your broadening market expertise will make you an indispensable member of the Product Marketing team.

What You’ll Own:

  • Product Acuity – Develop deep expertise around our key product offerings: Clinical communication, alarm management, scheduling, and virtual care.
  • Market Intelligence – Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Competitive Landscape – Become an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Marketing Effectiveness – Track performance of the marketing programs by identifying key metrics and continually suggest campaign and content improvements.
  • Product Performance Tracking – Monitor product adoption growth and attach rates across the product suite; provide regular updates and trend analysis.
  • Cross-department Collaboration – Interface with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success and others to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target segments, buyers, and personas.
  • Persona Development – Research and document our persona buyers’ processes in depth, including the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then share your findings to drive changes to our sales and marketing processes.
  • Go-to-Market Planning – Plan the launches of new products and enhancements to existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Sales Enablement – Understand and support our sales channels by training them on our product suite’s value propositions and establish a steady feedback loop for improving both the product and how Marketing supports Sales.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • Proficiency with applications such as G Suite, PowerPoint, Project Management Software and/or Asana.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and SEO tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is—or isn’t—working
  • Strong public speaking skills, comfortable in front of large or senior groups, demo’ing or presenting.
  • Solid writing skills, capable of organizing thoughts and observations into a clear, engaging narrative.
  • Excellent people and project management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; (MBA is a plus)
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) III or higher (also a plus)
