Description

As a key player on Aetion’s Growth team, the Sales Solutions Lead will lead the development of client proposals and contracts and maintain associated documentation. This person will partner with cross-functional teams on contract scope, budget and pricing of agreements and engage in pre-sale activities. Work closely with product marketing, marketing and science leads to evolve how we package and communicate our new and evolving offerings. 

Responsibilities

The following duties include, but are not limited to...

  • Respond to incoming client Requests For Proposal (RFP/I) in coordination with the Growth lead
  • Managing a repository of collateral and reference materials 
  • Prepare language and documentation for proposals and contracts 
  • Partner with finance on pricing models 
  • Work cross functionally to determine study budget and scope of work 
  • Partner with legal on compliance 
  • Identify areas of risk and escalate areas for concern 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience in a sales or growth function leading contract and proposal management activities. 
  • Experience working with commercial clients in the health care, biopharma, life sciences industries. 

Preferred

  • Knowledge of SaaS and/or tech-enabled service models 
  • Health care industry experience 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • High attention to detail
