About the position
The Integrated Campaigns Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing demand-generation campaigns in partnership with the Marketing, Sales Development, and other Sales teams. They will design multi-channel go-to-market strategies, offers, events, and programs. They will work closely with teams across Divvy to execute end-to-end campaigns driving pipeline growth, closed business, and platform utilization.

What you'll be doing

      • Create and execute impactful campaigns and events to drive pipeline, ensuring coverage for each sales segment
      • Collaboratively work with sales, SDRs, channel marketers, creative, and web teams to execute polished end-to-end campaigns from ad creative to demo
      • Efforts may include digital, email, sales development cadences, webinars, content syndication, email, direct mail, and more
      • Execute on a robust calendar of virtual and physical events, managing the planning, logistics, and execution
      • Track performance of campaigns and efforts, and utilize that data to develop and optimize future campaigns
      • Collaborate with sales and sales development leaders to ensure appropriate prioritization and enablement for effective follow up on integrated marketing campaigns
      • Develop, write, and test Outreach sequences for campaign follow up to ensure we are getting the most from each of our marketing campaigns and activities
      • Partner with marketing operations to ensure effective lead flow and tracking through Marketo and Salesforce


    • 3-5 years work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization
    • Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics
    • Experience working with SDRs and direct sales teams
    • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
    • Proven success in conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales success
    • Ability to manage cross-functional projects
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required
