Swift Navigation is looking for a VP of Solutions to commercialize customer-driven solutions around Swift’s core precision localization products, including hardware, software and services. Customers are seeking the next generation of autonomous, navigation, and geo-tagging applications to bring the value of precise position to their businesses. Your job will be to run the solutions team and act as the primary commercial lead, including winning projects with customers through execution and delivery. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with solutions, connected systems, all deriving core business value for customers.

  • Solutions leadership. Proven track record of delivering solutions for customers. Understanding how to work backwards from customers needs to build and deliver high value complex solutions consisting of hardware, software, and services.
  • Be an owner and be bold. Drive revenue growth and customer success through delivering customer-driven solutions. Be accountable for all stages of the solution lifecycle from design, execution and delivery lifecycle.
  • Start with the customer. Empathize with our customers and be passionate about solving their problems. Experience analyzing, segmenting and building business cases for new solutions driven by customer input and market data. Proven track record of strong revenue growth from selling complete solutions to customers.
  • Manage the team. Manage, develop and hire a matrix team of engineering, applications and professional services. Set the bar for product excellence and relentlessly drive towards it.
  • Communicate and collaborate. Clearly articulate the product strategy to all stakeholders within the organization. Drive alignment across all departments  and rally the organization behind the solutions vision.
  • Hands on. At Swift we believe delivery is 90% of success. Work cross-functionally to drive execution and Enable the teams to achieve successful deliverables in a timely manner.
